Compensation:
$30,000 - $50,000
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
As a Showing Partner, you’ll work side-by-side with one of our top agents — learning firsthand what it takes to succeed at the highest level. You’ll:
- Show homes to qualified buyers and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications
- Learn proven systems, scripts, and strategies that fuel top-tier agents
- Support your lead agent in managing listings, offers, and transactions
- Build your knowledge, confidence, and network — preparing to become a full-time agent yourself

- Licensed (or actively pursuing your license) in Florida
