We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Plumbing Foreman to join our team in the Tampa, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, and Fort Myers area. Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Foreman, you'll be a key player on our project sites, working closely with the Foreman to ensure that every job is completed with precision, care, and a focus on safety. You will be responsible for helping to lead and train our plumbing crews, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work alongside the Plumbing Foreman to oversee project execution and crew management.
• Assist with daily and pre-project planning, including reviewing blueprints, specs, and critical path schedules.
• Conduct morning and afternoon job walks to ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site.
• Assist in completing daily reporting, such as toolbox talks and red-lining.
• Communicate effectively with crews, administrative staff, and general contractors.
• Mentor and support apprentice plumbers, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in commercial plumbing. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of commercial plumbing experience, including some supervisory experience.
• A Journeyman Plumber license is preferred, but we will consider highly experienced candidates who are working toward their license.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
