This role is ideal for individuals who are excited about helping customers find the right vehicle while growing their career in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that fits their needs while providing an exceptional purchasing experience.
- Build genuine relationships with customers, treating them like family.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, welcoming environment.
- Follow up with potential and current customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
