We are seeking a Nurse Manager Critical Care RN - Direct Hire to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 leadership, accountability, and compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate patient care using an interdisciplinary approach, ensuring effective communication with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
• Monitor and improve quality of care, patient safety, service excellence, and core measure performance.
• Ensure proper resources, equipment, discharge planning, and pain management practices are in place.
• Foster a patient-centered culture with empathetic communication, proactive rounding, and a healing environment.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of Recent (Within the last year) Acute Care leadership experience in the ICU.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
