About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team in Mizner, 12. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the confidentiality of information. You will be a key member of the team, working closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in front desk or guest service role
- Proficient in Opera and other property management systems
- Ability to use sound judgment and identify/solve problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting
- Experience with room service and food and beverage operations
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure exceptional guest service
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information
- Assist with room service and other guest requests as needed
Skills:
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also use your knowledge of Opera and other property management systems to maintain accurate records and reports. Your ability to use sound judgment and identify/solve problems will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. Additionally, your supervisory experience and knowledge of room service and food and beverage operations will be beneficial in this role.
