NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED GATE AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER
Location: Jupiter, FL | Full-Time | Starting Wage DOE
Victory Access Control is a top-tier service provider specializing in the installation and maintenance of gate automation and access control systems throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties. We’re actively seeking a skilled, motivated technician who takes pride in their work, solves problems fast, and values precision in the field.
Position Overview
Install, service, and maintain automated gate systems, access control devices, and low-voltage components. This is a field technician role with variety, autonomy, and room to grow.
Work Environment
This is an outdoor, hands-on position. Technicians work on-site at residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida, often outdoors, in all weather conditions. You must be physically fit, heat-tolerant, and comfortable working outside.
Requirements
- 2+ years installing automatic gate operators (residential & commercial)
- Experience with hydraulic and electric gate systems
- Low-voltage wiring & diagnostics
- Cutting in-ground loops
- Familiar with multiple gate operator brands
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Must pass background check
- Drug-free workplace
