Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and compassionate full-time or part-time Preschool Teacher to join our team. This position is ideal for educators who are passionate about early childhood development and thrive in a collaborative, child-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans

• Create a safe, stimulating classroom that fosters learning through play

• Support each child’s individual growth and development

• Build strong, communicative relationships with families and coworkers

• Track and document developmental progress

• Participate in team meetings, school events, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• CDA credential or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred

• Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting preferred

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills

• Warm, nurturing demeanor and a passion for teaching young children
