Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Systems & Cloud Administrator to support and manage the technological infrastructure of our behavioral health facility. This role is responsible for administering cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365, Salesforce), managing network and endpoint security, supporting hardware and desktop needs, and improving automation workflows to ensure seamless operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Systems Administration:
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID, including security policies, user roles, MFA settings, and distribution lists.
- Monitor Exchange Admin Center for mail flow, whitelisting, and rule configuration.
- Manage Salesforce CRM and integrations, including user roles, permissions, opportunity tracking, workflows, and dashboard/report development.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and FinPay, DocuSign, Kipu, CallTrackingMetrics, and other business platforms.
- Configure and maintain GravityForms and Plumsail Forms for lead routing and website form submissions.
Communication Tools & Automation:
- Manage Teams channels, Zoom accounts, and recurring meetings.
- Build and troubleshoot Power Automate (Cloud Flows) for form alerts, CRM updates, and team notifications.
- Administer MailChimp campaigns for alumni communications.
Device, Endpoint, and Network Support:
- Deploy and enforce security policies using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
- Manage SharePoint/OneDrive access and file sync across teams.
- Configure and maintain wired/wireless networks, Unifi firewalls, and Eero mesh networks.
- Administer Net2Phone systems, including extensions and IVR settings.
IT Support & Help Desk Operations:
- Provide first-line support for account lockouts, password resets, MFA issues, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Onboard/offboard staff with appropriate hardware and access provisioning.
- Track and manage technical requests via the Jira Ticketing System.
- Support printers, scanners, fax systems (including transition to OCR-enabled solutions), and device encryption and antivirus compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, Power Automate, Salesforce CRM, and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with endpoint management, firewall/security policies, and integration tools.
- Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Jira, GravityForms, and API-based integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare-related CRM systems (e.g., Kipu EMR).
- Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant IT practices.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
