At DSG CPAs + Advisors were looking for an experienced Paraprofessional who is ready to take a leadership role in spearheading the delivery and advancement of our accounting and advisory arm within +Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a growing platform and make a meaningful impact for our clients and our firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout and delivery of accounting and advisory services within the +Solutions platform
- Oversee client accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and financial statements
- Partner with clients on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and enhanced advisory value
- Collaborate directly with firm leadership to refine and grow the +Solutions platform
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of recent experience in accounting or advisory services
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, management reporting, and business analysis
- Proficiency in accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and advisory projects is a plus
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day client deliverables
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
