Job Title: Stucco Installer
Location: Florida (various job sites statewide)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18 – $28 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Stucco Installer to join our Florida team. The ideal candidates have experience with traditional stucco and synthetic (EIFS) systems, can produce clean, high-quality finishes, and are dependable on the job site.
Whether you’re an experienced finisher or looking to grow your skills under a strong foreman, we have steady work available.
Responsibilities:
- Apply stucco, plaster, and EIFS finishes to exterior and interior surfaces
- Mix and prepare materials to proper consistency
- Set up and take down scaffolding safely
- Patch and repair stucco as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety rules and company policies
- Work efficiently as part of a crew or independently
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of stucco or plaster experience (more experience = higher pay)
- Knowledge of mixing ratios, float, and trowel techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid ID required
- Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
