A full-time, contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist serving elementary students in Naples, FL. This itinerant role supports two elementary schools, offering a balance between onsite presence and remote work flexibility. The assignment runs from January 5 to May 29, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological services including assessment, intervention, and consultation for elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and contribute to data-driven decision-making
- Support student mental health and behavioral interventions within school settings
- Maintain compliance with district policies and Florida Department of Health licensure requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Department of Health School Psychologist license is required
- School-based experience in Florida is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students in educational settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage an itinerant caseload across multiple school sites
Work Schedule and Location:
- Work is onsite in Naples, FL, with a split schedule between two elementary schools
- Typical schedule includes either a full-time onsite option or a split arrangement: two days at each school and one day working from home
