Compensation:
$100,000+ per year
Responsibilities:
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Be the Trusted Advisor – Guide buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey, providing expert market insights, strategic advice, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience – Build lasting relationships by offering world-class service, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence that earns trust and referrals.
