Expense Reporting Concur Analyst and Continuous improvements
LHH recruitment solutions is hiring a Card Services manager with a strong background in Expense reporting and continuous improvements. This person will handle operational improvement projects working with cross functional teams to enable process, technology, and organizational effectiveness. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage outsourced team in all aspects of Travel & Entertainment and Vehicle Reimbursement Programs.
2. Track and analyze travel expenses across different business units and regions, providing regular reporting.
3. Develop and implement dashboards, databases, data analytic strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs
4. Analyze travel data to identify trends, areas for cost savings.
5. Assist in the development and execution of the continuous improvement long range plan inclusive of project selection, resource management and technology innovation.
Qualifications
1.
2. 10+ years’ experience in Travel & Entertainment management
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
4. 10 + years’ experience in Corporate Services / Shared Services Experience preferred
5. Project Management and change management experience
6. Bilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plus
