Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Remote job searching and applying to jobs (flexible hours). High volume of job applications desired.
Cold calling employers/marketing to find jobs for participants (remote)
Contact participants and check on them via text, email, phone on a weekly basis (flexible business hours).
Schedule to meet participants at interviews in the community.
Follow up with employers about interviews and hiring.
Meet participants on site for job shadowing at job sites.
Depending if you have car insurance, taking the participant to interviews (usually we just try to meet them there).

What is required: 4 years experience working with individuals with disabilities, or Associates and 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or Bachelors/Masters and 6 months experience working with individuals with disabilities. Level 2 Background screening is required. TRN course on "Best Practices In Supported Employment" - if you dont have this course completed we can help you get it. Important: Can be remote but needs to live in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda/North Port/Englewood/Venice, FL area.
