Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Director of Construction for a commercial construction client in Boynton Beach, FL. Work type: Direct Hire, full time, onsite Compensation: up to $130k/year Responsibilities Plan and manage projects: scope, schedule, team, and budget. Prepare reports, schedules, and financial updates. Lead meetings and maintain client communication. Monitor progress, adjust plans, and manage scope changes. Resolve issues and coordinate estimates with project teams. Oversee budget control, approve invoices, and track costs. Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in project and construction management. Background with medium-to-large general contractors. Expertise in project management, estimating, and preconstruction. Strong client-facing communication skills.
