Were expanding our team and are looking hiring aQuality Control & Warranty Manager to lead our field inspections and warranty program, ensuring every roof we deliver is clean, code-compliant, and backed by responsive service.

What Youll Do

• Inspect jobs at each stage: dry-in, final Install
• Lead the warranty assessment process: investigate reported issues, determine validity, and document findings
  
• Determine whether warranty claims are approved or denied based on evidence and standards
• For billable work, define and document thescope of work for subcontractors
• Coordinate warranty repairs with internal crews or subcontractors

• Ensure proper documentation and communication with homeowners and builders
• Coach crews on proper install standards
• Take photos, write reports, and submit clear documentation in our system
• Collaborate with the operations and production teams to maintain a zero-callback standard
  
• Make sure jobs meet code, warranty, and builder expectations

What You Bring

• Strong roofing knowledge (shingle, tile, metal, or flat)
• Experience identifying improper installation and assessing warranty validity
• Familiarity with Florida Building Code and manufacturer warranty standards
• Excellent documentation, communication, and decision-making skills
• Tech-savvy and organized (we use iPads and cloud-based tools)
• Physically able to walk roofs and enter attics
• Valid FL drivers license and clean driving record
