We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Managers and Customer Service Representatives to join the beauty supply industry. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys helping customers, and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations, assist with team supervision, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This role may require occasional travel to other nearby store locations to provide operational support, and flexibility for overtime is appreciated during peak business periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases
- Maintain a deep understanding of beauty products and trends to offer expert guidance
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Store Operations
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Team Support & Leadership
- Provide guidance and support to retail associates
- Help train new team members and foster a positive work environment
- Step into leadership duties when the Store Manager is unavailable
Flexibility & Mobility
- Float to other store locations as needed to support operations
- Be available for overtime during busy periods or special events
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in beauty supply or related industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Passion for beauty products and trends is a plus!
