We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in high-volume permitting for residential windows and doors. What You’ll Do
- Manage and complete permit applications for window, door, and roofing installations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with city, county, and state permitting requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and municipalities to move projects smoothly through the permitting process
- Handle high-volume permitting requests efficiently and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of permitting experience specific to windows, doors, and residential construction projects
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of permits with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
