Job Title: CNC Operator/Programmer

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule/Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $30/hr

Job Overview

Leader Tech Inc. is seeking a driven, motivated, and self-starting CNC Operator/Programmer to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in CNC machining, programming, and production support while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate a Fadal VMC 4020 CNC machining center

• Create and edit part files using BobCam CNC software

• Maintain equipment, tooling, and supplies to ensure smooth production

• Produce required parts with precision while meeting quality standards

• Keep accurate records of work performed

• Support project work and assist with production needs

• Work with products such as compression molding and stamping dies

• Ensure compliance with safety and facility procedures

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• 1–3 years of CNC operator/programming experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Strong mechanical background and proven ability to program CNC G-code

• Knowledge of process improvement and technical documentation

• Strong attention to detail and judgment in decision-making

• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form

• Functional skills in tooling, controls, and instrumentation

• Spanish-speaking a plus
