We’re seeking a reliable, experienced paralegal who can work independently and requires minimal oversight. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a long-term, full-time role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents

Manage client files, intake forms, and document checklists

Assist with notarization, witnessing, and execution of estate planning documents

Coordinate signing appointments and maintain organized workflows in Clio

Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring timely follow-up and document delivery

Track deadlines and assist attorneys with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum 2–3 years of estate planning experience in a Florida law firm

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Clio (or similar case management software)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and dependable with the ability to self-manage

Notary public preferred (or willing to become one)
Hours & Growth Opportunity:
