Job Details:

• Work on 4W Ortho/General Surgical PCU, a 40-bed unit
\n• 36-hour guarantee per week
\n• Patient ratios typically 4:1, may flex up to 6:1 depending on staffing and acuity
\n• 2 years PCU experience required
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• EMR system: Epic
\n• Degree accreditation verification required OR must have 5 years of experience
\n• Floating required - travelers are first to float, may float to other sister campuses
\n• Function as core staff with welcoming unit culture
\n• All RTO or schedule requests must be submitted with application
\n• Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documentation
\n• Must live outside 50-mile radius - no local candidates accepted
