Job DescriptionUnique opportunity! Work with Willow is working with an established and thriving private practice in Sarasota. We are seeking a qualified and experienced clinician to join the team! As a counselor, you will provide compassionate and effective counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health challenges. This role requires a fully licensed professional with at least 2 years of experience. This role is hybrid with both in-person and remote based sessions.

• $75-$100 per hour
• ~ 20 clients a week, more if desired

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions to address clients' mental health concerns and facilitate positive change.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and other necessary documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health research, treatments, and therapies.
• Comply with ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and industry standards related to mental health counseling.
• Demonstrate empathy, understanding, and active listening skills to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and make appropriate referrals when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Mental Health Therapist.
• Fully licensed with one of the following designations: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family (LMFT) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), PhD, or PsyD
• Ability to work in an office-based setting and be available for in-person counseling sessions with clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Must adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines in handling sensitive client information.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients' needs, including potential evening or weekend appointments.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.

$75 to $100 Hourly
