The Clinical Assistant will support the clinical team by performing a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the highest standard of care for patients. This position involves direct interaction with patients, assisting with documentation, performing administrative tasks, and supporting nurses and physicians in the delivery of home health care services. Patient Intake Assistance:
- Assist medical team with clinical intake

Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication logs and treatment plans.
- Assist in preparing reports and documenting progress notes as directed by nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all confidentiality and regulatory requirements (HIPAA).

Administrative Support:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient intake procedures.
- Prepare and organize patient files, documents, and care plans.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and help with the authorization process when needed.

Communication:
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the clinical team, providing updates on patient progress.
- Address any concerns or inquiries from patients or family members promptly and professionally.
