Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full time Real Estate Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for coordinating real estate related transactions, renovation related project document & permit preparation along with other administrative/general office tasks as assigned for our multifaceted company.
Responsibilities:
- Answering & returning telephone calls including scheduling appointments
- Setting up new real estate property files
- Setting up new renovation project files
- Preparing and submitting permit documents for approval
- Office contact for clients
- Verifying document compliance
- Coordinating real estate transactions
- Reviewing title commitments and lien searches
- Starting up Utility Services
- Obtaining Property Insurance
- Scheduling Inspections
- Preparing Documents
- Helping with other administrative/general office tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail & accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft & Google word processing & spreadsheet programs
- Ability to type professional quality documents, letters & emails
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi task
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in real estate transaction coordinating or real estate title insurance processing
