As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to help drive our projects forward.

Role Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Manager in coordinating and managing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll be involved in scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and daily operations—playing a vital role in the success of every project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
  • Support procurement of materials, subcontractors, and services
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed
  • Help ensure safety compliance and quality control standards
  • Monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant construction or project coordination experience
  • Familiarity with construction documents, scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore), and project management software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
