- Greet customers and provide a luxury-level customer experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Create repair orders and manage service tickets
- Research parts pricing and availability
- Communicate estimates and updates clearly to clients
- Coordinate with technicians and management
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Requirements:
- Proficient with Windows-based systems
- Comfortable researching parts, pricing, and service information
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge preferred (European vehicles a plus)
