- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (January 19, 2026 – April 18, 2026)\n
- Shift: 12-hour days\n
- Schedule: Thursday & Friday 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM\n
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
- Call: Required; average 4 calls/month (evening, overnight, backup call types)\n
- Patient Population: Adult and Pediatric\n
- Surgical Specialties: ENT, General, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Ortho, Spine, Neurosurgery\n
- Electronic Medical Record: Epic EMR\n
- Floating: Required; may float to sister campuses\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Florida or compact state\n
- Minimum 2 years recent Operating Room RN experience\n
- Pediatric OR experience required\n
- BLS certification required\n
- CNOR certification preferred\n
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred\n
- Degree from an accredited nursing program or 5 years of OR RN experience\n
- Ability to float to other units/campuses as needed\n
- Must provide all required demographic and credentialing information prior to start\n
- Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (radius rule)\n
\n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to surgical patients in the operating room\n
- Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients\n
- Participate in call rotation as scheduled\n
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
- Float to other units or sister campuses as needed\n
- Integrate quickly into the team and function as core staff\n
