Primary Responsibilities

Support attorneys with the preparation, review, and organization of documentation tied to property transactions, including escrow materials, title and survey analysis, entity setup, UCC research, transfer documentation, and due diligence coordination.

Develop and implement systems to oversee complex deals; participate in and oversee closings; supervise document execution; and ensure all pre- and post-closing requirements are satisfied.

Prepare and assemble transaction documents such as basic agreements, ancillary documents, consents, schedules, and exhibits.

Coordinate post-closing follow-up, including distribution of closing materials, compilation of binders, and processing of transfer-related paperwork.

Handle drafting and filing of amendments, transactional filings, and related documentation; assist with preparation of materials requiring partner review and approval.

Maintain accurate and timely billing and time entry records in accordance with firm standards.

Education & Experience

5–10 years of experience as a real estate paralegal within a law firm environment, with exposure to complex commercial real estate transactions.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
