Job Description
A large, high-performing acute care hospital in Palm Beach County is seeking a passionate and experienced Med Surg Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a busy 32–36 bed unit. This is a full-time leadership opportunity to guide clinical teams, shape patient outcomes, and drive operational excellence with the support of Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs). Located in Atlantis, FL, this role offers the chance to live and work just minutes from beautiful beaches, top restaurants, and shopping in one of Florida’s most desirable regions.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations for a 32–36 bed Med Surg unit.

Lead and mentor a team of RNs, CNCs, and support staff.

Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Manage unit staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows.

Collaborate with Directors and interdisciplinary leaders to drive clinical and operational outcomes.

Support employee engagement, quality improvement, and patient experience initiatives.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
-
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

BLS and ACLS certifications (must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not current).

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (Charge RN, CNC, or Nurse Manager) in an acute care hospital setting required.
