Naples Soap Company is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at The Villages. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional retail experiences and driving our brand’s success.
Location: The Villages, FL
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Shifts: Nights, Weekends, Holidays (Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team to ensure a cohesive, motivated workforce.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that drive sales, foster customer engagement, and build brand loyalty.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer preferences and tailoring their shopping experience.
- Support the training and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring a well-organized store environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder.
- A deep understanding of retail operations and customer behaviors.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
