Adjuvo Technologies is seeking a CNC machinist to add to our exising team. Set-up, adjustment and operatation of HURCO 3-axis mills, 5-axis mill, and HAAS lathes to produce low volume, high-complexity parts, prodominantly from aluminum. Adjuvo designs and fabricates complex products that support the training and simulation industry for the Department of Defense.
- Candidate should have relevant experience in the set-up, adjustment and operation of CNC mills. Preferred candidate will be familiar with Hurco mills and HAAS lathes.
- Experience should include close tolerance mill and lathe work. Candidate should be able to demonstrate from past experience complex machining and creation of unique machine tooling/fixturing to support projects.
- Experience with manual machining to perform secondaries will be helpful
- Varied and challenging work with multiple low quantity, complex part fabrications daily. Candidate must have strong arithmetic skills, ability to read blue-prints and accept verbal direction.
- Candidate should be familiar with CNC machine routine maintenance and minor repair.
- Candidate should have the common tools of the trade.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen. This is a full-time position in an air-conditioned facility. Typical hours include every-other Friday off, M-Th 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, Adjuvo is a drug-free employer, background check will also be required.
