Position Overview

We’re hiring a Remote High-Ticket Closer to lead qualified prospects into our real estate coaching programs priced between $10,000–$50,000.

You’ll be taking pre-booked Zoom consultations with warm leads who know who we are, have engaged with our brand, and are actively seeking a new path to freedom, cash flow, and wealth.

This is a 100% commission-only role. No base salary — just real earning potential, with commissions from 7%–10% per deal closed, plus daily support, performance-based bonuses, and a team that will help you win. What You’ll Be Doing

• Take 5–7 qualified Zoom calls per day with leads who have applied for our coaching programs.
• Lead powerful, consultative sales conversations that uncover pain points, align goals, and guide clients to a strong, confident “yes.”
• Follow up with open leads, warm past prospects, and re-engage old opportunities.
• Use our CRM (Close CRM) to manage pipeline, update call outcomes, and keep client notes organized.
• Participate in daily team huddles, call reviews, and ongoing training to constantly sharpen your edge.
• Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs while contributing to a high-performance, results-driven culture.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience closing $5K–$50K+ coaching, consulting, agency, or transformation offers
• Thrive in a commission-only environment and are motivated by performance, freedom, and results
• Know how to close on Zoom and build trust quickly over video
• Are comfortable speaking to high-income professionals ($250K–$5M+ earners)
• Have a strong presence, exceptional communication skills, and know how to lead people through uncertainty and hesitation
• Love learning, growing, competing — and winning
• Are obsessed with mastery and are willing to watch your own calls, refine your pitch, and level up constantly
• Are emotionally intelligent and truly care about helping people make life-changing decisions
• Want to be a top 1% earner, not a middle-of-the-pack performer
