Program Manager - Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R;)
to lead strategic supply chain planning initiatives for a large-scale retail/CPG organization. The
candidate will be responsible for driving inventory planning and replenishment transformation
programs, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution vendors to optimize
inventory investments while improving product availability and customer service levels. This is a
customer-facing leadership role requiring strong supply chain domain expertise, program
management capabilities, and experience delivering planning transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end Inventory Planning & Replenishment programs from strategy
through implementation and stabilization; manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies,
and executive communications; establish governance and stakeholder alignment. Supply Chain
Functional Leadership: Drive process design and optimization across Inventory Planning,
Replenishment Planning, Safety Stock Planning, DRP, Inventory Segmentation, MEIO, and Supply
& Deployment Planning. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between business
leadership, IT teams, and implementation partners. Technology & Transformation: Lead
implementations involving SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, OMP, and Oracle SCP.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. 12+ years
of Supply Chain Planning and Transformation experience. 5+ years of Program Management
experience. Deep expertise in Inventory Planning and Replenishment within Retail, CPG,
Distribution, or Manufacturing. Strong understanding of Inventory Optimization, Replenishment
Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning integration, and S&OP;/IBP.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management. APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent
certification. Prior consulting or transformation experience.
