The Opportunity
Weare seeking a high-performing Inside Loan Officer with experience inPrivate Lending, Business Purpose Lending (BPL), and/or Debt ServiceCoverage Ratio (DSCR) lending.
Theideal candidate is an experienced loan originator and closer with anestablished book of business and relationships with real estateinvestors. Candidates should be comfortable generating businessindependently while converting company-provided leads intoadditional production.
Companyleads are designed to supplement an existing book of business, notreplace self-generated business.
Targetproduction: $3M+ in funded loan volume per month, with stronginterest in candidates producing4M- 5M+ monthly.
Requirements
WhatWe're Looking For
TheLoan Officer will grow their book of business and presence withinthe real estate investor community through prospecting, networking,industry conferences, investor events, local meetups, referrals, andrelationship development throughout the Tampa market.
WhatIs Provided

Requirements
WhatWe're Looking For
- Existingbook of business and established client relationships
- PrivateLending, BPL, and/or DSCR experience strongly preferred
- Provenexperience originating and closing loans
- $3M+monthly funded production strongly preferred
- Abilityto self-source and generate new business
- Transferablepipeline is a significant plus
- Strongreal estate investor relationships
- High-volume,phone-first sales mentality
- Abilityto overcome objections and close business
- Knowledgeof credit, pricing, leverage, loan structures, and financing options
- StrongCRM, pipeline management, and follow-up skills
- Results-drivenfocus on closings, funded volume, repeat business, and referrals
