Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams, maintaining high property standards, and driving operational success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and support maintenance teams with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, pool, carpentry, and general repair issues.
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Assist with hiring, property coverage, performance management, and team development.
- Conduct property inspections, safety audits, and preventative maintenance reviews.
- Assist with budgeting, capital planning, vendor relationships, and capital projects.
- Audit service requests, make-readies, vacant turns, and maintenance spending.
- Conduct monthly portfolio meetings and maintain required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- HVAC Certification
- CPO Certification
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Travel required
- On-call participation required
- Weekend availability required
