Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to understand each client's needs
- Guide individuals and families through available benefit options with clarity and professionalism
- Support clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records
- Provide timely follow-up and deliver a high level of client service
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team collaboration
- 100% remote position available to U.S.-based candidates
