Classification Minimum Requirements:
This position is open to all students who are enrolled as a full-time student in good standing as defined by the University at the time of employment. Maintain a 2.5 cumulative and semester GPA the semester prior to employment and be available for 20-hours per week.

Job Description:
The Student Assistant within Housing & Residence Life Package Services team is responsible for:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming parcels to all residential halls on campus.
  • Load and unload sorted bins and packages into vehicles for delivery.
  • Prepare bins to be loaded into delivery vehicles.
  • Verify addresses and ensure proper preparation of outgoing mail and packages.
  • Follow all safety procedures while handling mail, operating equipment, and transporting packages.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Housing & Residence Life policies, procedures, emergency protocols, and documentation standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Expected Salary:
$14.00 per hour

Required Qualifications:
