About the jobSchedule: Hybrid (3 days in office & 2 remote) Pay: $160,000-$180,000 Key Responsibilities Financial Control and Reporting -Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for AnazaoHealth on the Fagron group calendar. -Prepare and certify financial statements under with IFRS reporting packages for consolidation into Fagron NV. -Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and account reconciliation discipline across both sites. -Own the balance sheet: reserves, accruals, prepaids, intercompany, and fixed assets. -Serve as the primary business unit liaison to external auditors and to Fagron group reporting. Cost Accounting and Inventory (Multi-Site) -Own standard cost development, roll-forward, and variance analysis across the 503A and 503B operations. -Govern inventory valuation, cycle count integrity, reserve methodology, and E&O provisioning. -Analyze and report manufacturing variances: material, labor, overhead absorption, and yield. -Monitor input cost exposure (including API sourcing and tariff impact) and quantify margin risk to leadership. -Own intracompany inventory transfer accounting between Las Vegas and Tampa. Financial Planning and Analysis -Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles for the business unit, coordinating across Operations, Commercial, and Quality. -Deliver monthly performance reporting with actionable variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year. -Model and evaluate business cases, capital requests, and pricing decisions; own post-implementation ROI review. -Provide segment-level profitability visibility across 503A and 503B, by site, channel, and product family. Business Partnership -Act as principal finance partner to the AnazaoHealth leadership team, translating financial results into operating decisions. -Serve as finance lead on business unit strategic initiatives, from business case through execution. -Support facility, capacity, and capital investment decisions with rigorous analysis and clear recommendations. -Represent the business unit in group finance forums and reporting cycles. Controls, Compliance, and Systems -Design, document, and maintain internal controls over financial reporting across both sites. -Ensure compliance with Fagron group accounting policy, US GAAP, and IFRS, including IFRS 16 lease accounting and IAS 16/38 capitalization treatment. -Serve as business unit finance owner through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC implementation and stabilization, including data integrity, costing configuration, and process design. -Ensure compliance with pharmacy-specific financial regulations (DEA, FDA, and state boards of pharmacy). -Drive continuous improvement in close cycle time, reporting quality, and process automation. Team Leadership -Lead, develop, and mentor the business unit accounting team (Assistant Controller and Staff Accountant). -Build bench strength and succession depth within the finance organization. -Set performance expectations and hold the team to a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.

MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. -8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller capacity. -Demonstrated ownership of a full P&L and Balance Sheet for a manufacturing entity or business unit. -Multi-site controllership experience, ideally across geographically distributed facilities. -Deep standard costing and inventory accounting expertise in a manufacturing environment. -Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and demonstrated ability to operate in a dual-basis reporting environment; IFRS reporting experience preferred. -Experience leading a monthly close and managing external audit. -Proven people leadership experience not just reporting but performance management and process improvement. -Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Preferred Qualifications -Accounting or finance degree /equivalent. -CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. -IFRS reporting experience within a foreign-parent consolidation structure. -Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management experience, particularly through implementation. -Pharmaceutical manufacturing, compounding pharmacy (503A/503B), or another FDA-regulated environment a plus.
