The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely handling of HVAC materials. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely handling of HVAC materials. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with cycle counts, returns, and stock replenishment
- Support team members and other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform warehouse tasks safely
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory management
