&nbsp;Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide fast and courteous service to all Parts Clients and Technicians.</li>
<li>Answer the telephone in accordance with dealership guidelines. Solicit orders or answer questions as appropriate.</li>
<li>List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.</li>
<li>Write purchase orders for parts from outside suppliers, as required, and obtain management approval.</li>
<li>Properly input lost sales into the inventory control system.</li>
<li>Provide the necessary information for special and emergency orders if a part is not in stock.</li>
<li>Maintain records of all special order parts and notify the person responsible for the order.</li>
<li>Maintain a customer back order file.</li>
<li>Maintain the special order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner.</li>
<li>Maintain the warranty return parts inventory in a clean and organized manner.</li>
<li>Help to “scrap” parts held for factory claims with the factory representative.</li>
<li>Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.</li>
<li>Keep your work area clean, free of debris and safe.</li>
<li>Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role, track record of achievements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Detail oriented and ability to work in a team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Familiarity with inventory procedures</li>

Job Summary&nbsp;
As an aircraft detailer, you will be tasked with detailing high-end luxury aircraft as well as face-to-face interaction with Immaculate Flight’s various clients. Your job duties will require you to perform cleaning tasks on/in/around corporate and/or commercial aircraft. Executed labor includes polishing of brightwork, paint polishes, and sealants, as well as duties involving the cleaning of passenger cabins, lavatories, cockpits, and aircraft exteriors. You must be comfortable and physically able to work in various climates, weather conditions, on ladders, and work stands at various heights. You will be held to the highest standard of quality and professionalism while maintaining an ultimate level of safety &nbsp;
Essential Functions &nbsp;
Aircraft Detailing: Execute all aspects of the aircraft detailing process, including interior cleaning and sanitization, as well as exterior detailing and polishing. Follow detailed cleaning, safety and quality checklists to maintain consistency and thoroughness. Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Complete all safety and training modules &nbsp;
Quality &amp; Safety Assurance: Inspect aircraft interiors and exteriors to identify and address any areas needing additional attention pre and post detailing. Collaborate to ensure work environments are adequate and safe. Report any accidents or incidents to a Supervisor or Lead Detailer immediately. Job duties may expand as experience grows&nbsp;
