Position Overview Were seeking a Tier 2 IT Specialist (based in Florida) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an individual with MSP experience who enjoys both advanced technical support and hands-on project work, particularly onboarding new clients into managed services. Youll work directly with clients to ensure smooth transitions, resolve technical challenges, and help deliver exceptional IT experiences. This position requires regular travel to client sites, so flexibility and professionalism are key.
 
What Youll Do

<li>Lead and support new client onboarding projects, including system assessments, migrations, and deployments.</li>
<li>Provide Tier 2 support across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.</li>

What Were Looking For

<li>Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.</li>
<li>Networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, routing, VPN).</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting, organization, and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service able to guide clients through transitions.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel throughout Florida and the lower 48 as needed.</li>
<li>Must pass a background check.</li>
