Dynamic Equipment is seeking for a driven and reliable Yard Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard to ensure efficient customer service and equipment management. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, energetic and comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
The Yard Technician maintains the overall condition of the yard and keeps our equipments organized to minimize customer wait time. This position assists customers with equipment check-in, check-out. It will required basic equipment and operation knowledge.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES 
<ul>
<li>Prepare equipment for clients' delivery or pick up by cleaning with a power washer</li>
<li>Assist with loading and unloading equipment</li>
<li>Provide customers basic training, as needed</li>
<li>Fuel and meter equipment upon check-in</li>
<li>Record fuel logs and other information</li>
<li>Stage equipment for deliveries</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and safety of the yard</li>
<li>Ensure all rental equipment is properly tagged and has required key</li>
<li>Other duties, as assigned by Management</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS

Job DescriptionBusiness Litigation Attorney – Fort Myers, FL Roetzel &amp; Andress is pleased to present an opening in our Business Litigation Practice Group. Our ideal candidate will have 4 - 7 years of experience in business litigation, including trial experience. <li>4 - 7 years of experience in business litigation</li>
<li>Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues</li>
<li>Exceptional research and writing skills</li>
<li>Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and desire for professional development</li>
<li>Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making</li>
<li>Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues</li>
<li>Member of the Florida Bar in good standing</li>
