Under the direction of the Early Learning Academy Director, the Assistant Early Learning Academy Director manages the day-to-day operation of the Early Learning program site(s), including immediate staff supervision, licensing requirements, curriculum delivery, and the health, and safety of the children. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Essential Job Functions:

<li>Supervise and support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service</li>
<li>Prepare, cook, and plate dishes consistently according to quality and presentation standards</li>
<li>Lead by example, guiding and training kitchen staff to maintain high performance and professionalism</li>

Physical Requirements

<li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly</li>

<li>Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to steam, flames, and cleaning agents</li>
<li>Manual dexterity to safely handle knives, tools, and kitchen equipment</li>
<li>Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective communication</li>
<li>Ability to climb step stools or ladders as needed</li>
<li>Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled</li>

Position Summary The Front-End Bagger plays an important role in creating a great customer experience at Oakes Farms. This position involves assisting customers by safely and efficiently bagging groceries, checking carts for remaining items, and helping take groceries to vehicles when needed. Front-End Baggers interact with customers regularly, answer basic questions, and help keep the store clean and safe by assisting with light cleaning tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain customer service experience, build teamwork skills, and work in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

<li>Greet customers and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service at all times</li>
<li>Bag groceries carefully and efficiently to prevent damage or breakage.</li>
<li>Assist customers with carrying groceries to their vehicles when needed.</li>
<li>Check carts for any remaining items to ensure accurate service.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including basic cleaning duties.</li>
<li>Follow company policies, safety, sanitation, dress code, and attendance standards.</li>
