Additional Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li> Facilitate group workshops that engage couples in meaningful dialogue, reflection, and application of relational tools. Conduct intake and assessment meetings with couples to identify goals and needs. Develop couples action plans and track progress toward relational milestones, as needed. Collaborate with program leadership to evaluate outcomes and improve delivery based on participant feedback. Participate in outreach events, presentations, and networking opportunities to promote the program. Support grant deliverables by ensuring timely submission of attendance, outcome data, and success stories. Attend funder trainings and professional development sessions as required.</li>
<li> Ensure curriculum fidelity, program quality, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and county regulations, as well as funder and foundation requirements. </li>
<li> Attend required program meetings with Program Manager and ensure that all tasks are completed and that all program requirements are met. </li>
<li> Adhere to data collection processes and systems; ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency for reporting, evaluation, and decision-making purposes. </li>
<li> Track, analyze, and compile program performance data and KPIs. </li>
<li> Adhere to programmatic systems and processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and program impact. </li>
<li> Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Team to increase awareness of the program through internal and external messaging, social media, community outreach and establish community partnerships. </li>
<li> Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, and business partners; assist with securing agreements, letters of support, memorandums of understanding, and other collaborative opportunities that enhance program visibility and sustainability. </li>
<li> Ensure timely submission of required reports, data summaries, and program documentation to funders and internal leadership. </li>
<li> Proactively communicate with the Program Manager and Sr. Program Manager regarding program performance, challenges, funding risks, or opportunities for improvement. </li>
<li> Lead or participate in strategic planning meetings, goal setting, and program improvement initiatives that align with organizational growth and innovation. </li>
<li> Reinforce and model Be Strong Internationals core values across all program operations and staff leadership. </li>
<li> Complete all required trainings before established deadlines and perform other duties as assigned. </li>
</ul>
 
Required Experience, Qualifications and Skill
<ul>
<li> Bachelors degree in management, social work, communications, human services, or related field is required. </li>
<li> Bilingual (English and Spanish or English and Creole preferred) </li>
<li> Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a coach or case manager. </li>
<li> Proven track record of facilitation toward achieving participant engagement and enrollment targets </li>
<li> Demonstrated knowledge of positive, practical healthy relationship education, with a passion for helping families achieve positive life outcomes. </li>
<li> Familiarity with Miami Dade and Broward County communities and their diverse populations. </li>
<li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and comfort learning new software systems. </li>
<li> Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to program improvement. </li>
<li> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare presentations for internal and external audiences. </li>
<li> Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. </li>
<li> Strong business acumen, customer service orientation, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and with community stakeholders. </li>
<li> Excellent time management and adaptability in fast paced environments. </li>
<li> Entrepreneurial spirit and a highly motivate self-starter </li>
<li> Ability to commute to BSI sites and additional partnering agencies located in Miami Dade and Broward County. </li>

Physical Demands:
This position is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear. The position requires extensive computer use so the employee must have sufficient hand dexterity to use a computer keyboard and be capable of reading a computer screen.
