<li>Account Growth: Proactively grow revenue within assigned accounts by identifying customer needs, promoting relevant HVAC products and solutions, and building strong relationships. </li>
<li>New Account Development: Actively prospect and qualify new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share. </li>
<li>Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports on sales activities, and update the CRM system.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, not required.
Minimum Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or HVAC distribution is highly desirable.
