Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Counter Sales &amp; Warehouse Associate at Central Hydraulics’ location in Cocoa Beach, FL. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring amazing customer service to customers walking in with broken hydraulic hoses/fittings and performing the essential repairs. The position is based in a warehouse/production type environment. Candidate must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which may be cool in the winter and hot in the summer.
Required Qualifications
· Experience with hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly of hydraulic hoses
· Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
· Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to sell solutions/products to customers at the front counter
· Warehouse and inventory experience preferred
· Prior experience in a manufacturing, construction, or assembly role of hydraulic hoses and fittings is preferred

Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".

Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
