Overview
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager in Tampa, FL. The Fleet Manager is responsible for leading a team of Technicians and Mechanics in an aggressive quality preventative maintenance repair program, including the maintenance of light duty vehicles, and other equipment to ensure a safe and efficient fleet.
This is an onsite position and will manage 4 sites, involving up to 50% travel between Tampa, Jacksonville and Cocoa Beach.

Responsibilities

<li>Lead, educate and develop employees</li>
<li>Monitor employee’s performance and be accessible to all areas of the shop</li>

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervise the Clinical Team and report to Director of Clinical Services.</li>
<li>Ensure the coordination and management of patient care in a home health setting.</li>
<li>Oversee the delivery of quality care, supervising clinical personnel and ensuring compliance with agency standards and healthcare regulations.</li>
<li>Lead and inspire clinical teams and clinician retention.</li>
<li>Operate in a dynamic environment, balancing administrative responsibilities with field-based interactions.</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and committed to supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care.</li>
<li>Educate and support clinicians to promote effective performance and the delivery of high-quality home care services.</li>
<li>Assist in the screening, interviewing, and hiring process for new personnel. Participate in the orientation and training of newly hired staff to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to accepted professional standards and principles. Consistently follow and enforce agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees.</li>
<li>Lead the team in alignment with the agency’s mission, vision, and values. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Conduct ongoing assessments of clinicians to evaluate their understanding and compliance with policies and procedures. Utilize ride-alongs, elevate calls, and daily touchpoints as tools for evaluation and feedback.</li>
<li>Participate in public relations and community activities to enhance the agency’s visibility and reputation as a valuable member of the healthcare delivery system.</li>
<li>Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and ride-alongs with clinicians.</li>
<li>Provide quarterly SHP scorecard reviews with clinicians and continuous education to ensure clinical excellence.</li>
<li>Perform weekly field visits with clinicians to mentor, guide, and support their professional growth and clinical expertise.</li>
<li>Instruct on the use of patient and physician portals, use of EMR system, and clinician scheduling tools to enhance communication and care coordination.</li>
<li>Undertake other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must have a current RN license (state-specific).</li>
<li>Minimum two years of experience in home health or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of healthcare regulations and home health standards of care.</li>
<li>Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologies.</li>
