What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our company at client sites, delivering and setting up pump equipment with precision and care. Your day-to-day will include:
<ul>
<li>Safely loading, transporting, and setting up rental pumps and accessories.</li>
<li>Guiding customers on equipment operation and answering their questions.</li>
<li>Breaking down and picking up equipment after use.</li>
<li>Inspecting and documenting equipment condition and mileage logs.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and repairing minor issues on-site.</li>
<li>Providing emergency on-call service as scheduled.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>At least1 year of driving experience.</li>
<li>At least1 year of mechanical experience.</li>
<li>Basic mechanical knowledge, especially with diesel-powered equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently.</li>
<li>Experience with construction equipment, pump assembly, or field service work is a big plus!</li>

Schedule &amp; Environment
<ul>
<li>Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM</li>
<li>Vehicle: Drive a Ford F-450 to various job sites</li>
<li>Work Setting: Outdoor, hands-on, and customer-facing</li>
</ul>
Location- This is a Contract-to-Hire position based in West Palm Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Field Service Technician/ Desktop Support
<ul>
<li>Must have printer/plotter experience</li>
<li>Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.</li>
<li>Responsible for performing on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers.</li>
<li>Familiarity of POS (Point of Sales) systems for Retail stores (Windows based registers)</li>
<li>Break/Fix at component level– Desktops; Laptops; printers</li>
<li>Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.</li>
<li>Imaging and image recovery</li>
<li>Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems.</li>
<li>Install / Re-install various software packages and updates</li>
<li>Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record – No open tickets or warrants – No major violations</li>
<li>Must have an active driver’s license</li>
<li>MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE – Mileage/Parking/Tolls are reimburse</li>
