This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you're drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block. <ul>
<li>Perform a wide range of technical tasks including but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup</li>
<li>Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables)</li>
<li>Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate</li>
<li>Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients</li>
<li>Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills &amp; Experience 
<ul>
<li>PC and printer troubleshooting experience (a strong plus)</li>
<li>At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and one of the following:
<ul>
<li>A+ Certification</li>
<li>Network+ Certification</li>
<li>OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom</li>
</ul>

<li>Reliable personal vehicle (Public transportation not accepted)</li>
<li>Valid drivers license</li>
<li>Must have a standard set of tools for basic I.T. and networking tasks (e.g., screwdrivers, cable testers, crimpers).</li>

<li>Smartphone with mobile hotspot</li>
<li>Ability to accept job assignments based on your availability; being on-call 24/7 is a strong advantage.</li>

Availability: Immediate - includes on the job training
Job Type: Full-time M-TH (10 hour days) 
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience PLUS commissions
We are currently seeking technicians that enjoy working independently outside, can communicate well with customers, and take pride in their work. The qualified full-time Technician will treat and maintain lakes, ponds, and other bodies of water for a variety of customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Treating and maintaining lake vegetation and algae at established Lake Doctors accounts.</li>
<li>Other duties include water testing, stocking fish and other pond and lake services.</li>
<li>Maintain communication with customers such as Homeowners Associations, Management Companies and Property Owners. </li>
<li>Present a positive and professional image in the community to help grow The Lake Doctors, Inc. business.</li>
<li>Maintain customer records within customer service software system - on the job training. </li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to read and interpret herbicide labels, operating procedures, and safety rules.</li>
<li>Possess good time management, organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Highly motivated individual that works well on their own.</li>
<li>Strong Team Player.</li>
<li>Comfortable speaking with the customers to discuss their lake and pond needs.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Experience in lawn service or pest control (helpful).</li>
<li>Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge (helpful).</li>
<li>High school or equivalent (required). Some college helpful but not essential.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Physical strength and agility to safely and sufficiently operate equipment in outdoor environments, on or near water, in an environment that may include heavy vegetation, uneven terrain, various species of wildlife and varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors and use equipment such as boats, all-terrain vehicles, trucks and other assigned equipment or vehicles.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Must be able to wear all personal protection equipment needed in various weather conditions.</li>
</ul>
Restrictions:
<ul>
<li>A valid, clean driver’s license for the operations of various motor vehicles and equipment. Our insurance company must accept you as an insured prior to employment.</li>
<li>Full Time only.</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation to and from work.</li>
<li>We perform background checks, motor vehicle record checks and drug screening.</li>
</ul>
