Job Description
The job of a&nbsp;technician&nbsp;entails working directly with clients to install and maintain networks. Moreover, technicians monitor the IP network systems to identify and resolve any glitches affecting their performance, in addition to configuring, testing, and improving them.
 
Network Technicians also provide desktop and application support to clients. They fix connectivity issues of end users when necessary.
 
In addition, this includes assesments on site for clients to understand their requests and needs

<li>Technicians also give them tips to troubleshoot any basic networking issues as they arise.</li>
<li>They train clients and in-house personnel so that they can operate networks properly.</li>
<li>Technicians should have had experience in single-mode, multi-mode, fiber optic, and CAT5/6 cabling.</li>
<li>They install wireless computing networks, cabling, and connections.</li>
<li>Technicians should be knowledgeable about TCP/IP protocols, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and other networking basics.</li>
<li>Technicians inspect LAN/WAN infrastructures and troubleshoot any issues affecting them.</li>
<li>They diagnose the performance of the network and determine the means of improving it.</li>
<li>Technicians upgrade and maintain networks.</li>
<li>They provide technical advice to clients concerning the usage of the network.</li>

Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined, travel-ready technician to join our growing team. As a Field Systems &amp; Assembly Technician, you’ll play a critical role in both our production facility and in the field — building, installing, and supporting advanced inflatable booth systems used by government, aerospace, and commercial clients.
When you’re not on deployment, you’ll work alongside our production and engineering teams, helping assemble systems, prep shipments, and maintain the smooth flow of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>

Travel to customer sites via air and ground to set up and service inflatable booths.
</li>
<li>
Deploy and roll up booths, including lifting, unrolling, inflating, and securing.
</li>
<li>
Make electrical connections and set up on-site accessories and support equipment.
</li>
<li>
Support warehouse production lines during non-travel periods (assembly, welding prep, hot-air welding, packaging, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Work closely with other technicians and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable booth installations.
</li>
<li>
Document installations and provide feedback from the field to improve processes and designs.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Ability to travel up to two to three weeks per month.
</li>
<li>
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders or in varying environments also be able to be standing for extended periods.
</li>
<li>
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
</li>
<li>
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
</li>
<li>
Mechanically inclined and ability to follow technical drawings or SOPs.
